My Great-Aunt, who is in her mid-80s, had been hospitalized for over a week. This afternoon, she informed me that she would be discharged this evening. The owner, who answered the phone, calmly and patiently addressed all my inquiries regarding my Great-Aunt's age and limitations. The owner personally undertook the trip and provided outstanding service, assisting my Great-Aunt from her wheelchair into his sedan and carefully placing her luggage in the trunk. This level of care far exceeds what one might expect from a typical ride-sharing or taxi service. Upon arrival, he helped her out of the sedan with her bags and escorted her to her front door.

This company is terrible. I'm a disabled vet, so I booked a pick-up from the airport from this company. He assured me that they were professional and tracks the plane route and arrival time even if its delayed. I specifically asked what happens when the plane is late , his reply was "we are professionals and we will know". Last night in Milwaukee, we all know about the weather challenge. The city closed the airport temporally due to weather. One in a million! This company did try and reach out to me regarding the pending pick up or anything. They simply sent the car without checking. The car set at a closed airport and failed to communicate or check on flight status. I called to make sure my wife's pickup was still ok. The driver refuse to commit to the return pick-up and the owner said they would not go back to airport. After being very rude with little compassion to the issue , I choose to get a cab and go pick up my wife. They did not offer any refund or apology for this issue. I will be sharing this on all social media along with my family members ... Don't use this service.

I wanted to arrange round trip transportation to the MKE airport for our flight to Florida. I haven’t used a limo service for personal use before so after much due diligence I chose Pharaoh's Transportation and I’m happy to say I made the right choice! We required a 3:30am home pickup on a Sunday morning and due to a three hour delay on our return flight the airport pickup ended up being pushed to 1am. The car was great, driver was courteous and professional, and he was on time for both pickups. I would highly recommend using Pharaoh's Transportation.

We have used Pharaoh for our the last few vacations. Wen always fly out of O'hare and that's just not a drive we want to make. We count on Pharaohs.
On recent trips we have been picked up by Mo, Moon, and Khalid. All three arrived on time, in a very nice luxury SUV, and all three are very personable and very professional gentlemen.
We receive texts from the drivers the day before each pickup and find this very reassuring. And the vehicles they use are truly luxury - on our last few trips we were treated to Lincoln Escalade SUVs. The vehicles are brand new and meticulously maintained.

This was a tremendous service. Our flight was severely delayed and our driver, Moon, waited for us for two hours at the airport. He drove us an hour and a half in a spacious and comfortable van. Khaled did an amazing job chauffeuring our group around this past weekend for Halloween. He was fun, courteous, and always had the bus right outside of each bar when we were ready to move. He helped everyone off the bus and made sure everyone got home safely. 10/10 would ride with him again!

Khaled was awesome! The boys were really looking forward to having a nice ride to the prom. He was very prompt and showed everyone how nice the inside of the vehicle was. They enjoyed the ride and he even stopped on the way so one of the boys could see their aunt at work since she couldn’t join us for pictures. Tears were shed! Then, they headed for the red carpet. Would definitely use them again!
